Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Lashara mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

2. Nature of the AI Service (Entertainment & Fiction Disclaimer)

AI-Generated Fictional Content

All companion characters on Lashara are powered by artificial intelligence and are designed strictly for entertainment, creative roleplay, and emotional comfort. Characters are not real human beings, licensed medical professionals, psychologists, lawyers, or financial advisors. You must never rely on dialogue from an AI companion for emergency medical or psychiatric decisions.

3. Age & Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Lashara. You agree to maintain the security of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Free Tier & VIP Subscriptions

  • Free Messages: Users receive 50 free messages every 24 hours (resetting at 00:00 UTC) plus optional rewarded video bonuses (+15 msgs/day).
  • VIP Subscriptions: Billed through Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period in your Google Play subscription settings.
  • Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed by Google Play Store refund policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary character prompts, system preambles, or backend APIs.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized scrapers against our servers.
  • Generate illegal, non-consensual, or malicious content through the AI interface.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lashara app design, companion identities, original artwork, branding, and proprietary backend logic are the intellectual property of Lashara.
