Welcome to Lashara ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, backend API, and associated web services collect, store, process, and protect your information when you interact with our AI companions.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver high-quality, personalized AI companion experiences:

Account Information: Username, email address, password hash (encrypted via bcrypt), and optional avatar profile when you register an account.
Conversation History: Messages exchanged with AI companions to maintain conversation continuity and context memory.
Device & Technical Telemetry: Device UUID (RFC 4122 generated identifier for guest session recovery), app version, operating system, and crash logs.
Subscription & Purchase Data: Transaction IDs and entitlement status processed securely through Google Play and RevenueCat. We never store credit card numbers.

3. AI Generation & Privacy Boundaries

Lashara utilizes state-of-the-art Large Language Models (including Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models) hosted strictly via enterprise API gateways.

Zero AI Training on Private Chats

Your private conversations are processed purely in real-time for response streaming and are never used to train public foundational AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure providers:

Google Play Billing: In-app purchases and VIP subscriptions.
RevenueCat: Subscription receipt validation and entitlement management.
Google AdMob: Opt-in rewarded video energy ads (+15 bonus messages).
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Companion check-in notifications (can be disabled in app settings).

5. Data Security & Storage

All network communications are encrypted via Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / WSS). Auth credentials on Android are protected by the hardware-backed Android Keystore.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request immediate deletion of your account and all associated message history at any time directly through the mobile app settings or by contacting our support team at lasharaxai@gmail.com.
